Sinopsis:
American Chopper muestra la dinámica relación entre todos los habitantes del taller situado en Orange County, una ciudad que, contra lo que todos tienden a pensar, no está ubicada en California sino a 128 kilómetros al norte de Nueva York, en la costa este de los Estados Unidos. En especial, la serie enfoca la permanente sensación de pelea que sobrevuela la relación entre el fundador de la compañía, el enorme Paul Teutul padre, definido por sus largos mostachos blancos, sus tatuajes y sus músculos; y Paul Teutul, quien además de ser el talentoso Jefe de Diseños del taller, es su hijo. Michael, el hermanito menor, el telefonista despreocupado, completa el cuadro de situación.
Las actitudes contrastantes de padre e hijo siempre dan lugar a momentos de tensión y graciosas conversaciones en torno a qué actitud tomar en la búsqueda de terminar un trabajo sin demoras, dentro de los tiempos pactados, pero manteniendo el nivel de calidad que sólo ellos saben darle a sus espectaculares Chopper. Así es como se los ve trabajar en el taller, creando docenas de modelos a pedido.
