Sinopsis:
Patty es una adolescente normal y un poco dicharachera que vive en Brooklyn y que le encanta salir y disfrutar. Su padre trabaja en el New York Chronicle. La cosa cambia cuando a su tío, también trabajador del Chronicle, pero como corresponsal extranjero, es destinado a New York y se queda en la casa de Patty, trayendo con el a su hija, Cathy, que es físicamente idéntica a ella.
La premisa principal del show es que Cathy es mucho mas recatada e inocente que su prima idéntica, pero, en realidad, no se necesita demasiado para hacer una comedia de dos chicas totalmente iguales, de caracteres opuestos que viven en la misma casa y van al mismo colegio.
El notable parecido entre las dos chicas se explica porque sus padres son gemelos idénticos.
