Sinopsis:
Toody es bajito y gordo y vive apaciblemente con su mujer en un destartalado apartamento, Muldon es alto, desgarbado y tímido, sobre todo tímido con las chicas, pero juntos controlan tranquilamente el distrito 53 de nueva York, al que están asignados a bordo del coche patrulla 54, cumpliendo con algunas funciones de lo mas peculiares para un policía.
